Objective: To promote awareness of additional capabilities of an established real estate company.
Brief: Promanco, an established real estate company, needed to promote the various services they offer, as well as strengthen their established property rental presence. The company had a strong logo but was lacking supportive sales materials. A tri-fold brochure was created to provide agents an introductory piece for sales calls establishing the services side of their business in addition to leasing property. The design played off of the strong logo in order to strengthen brand recognition throughout other collateral. Upcoming projects include signage, SEO, presentation templates and additional sales materials.
